Terms of Service

Last updated: 2026-04-11

Who We Are

ah360 Photography LLC is a marine photography business based in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. These terms apply when you book a shoot with us or use this website.

Our Services

We provide professional photography and video for marine vessels, including yachts, sportfishing boats, and brokerage listings. All shoots are scheduled in advance. We do not offer walk-in or on-demand sessions.

Quotes and Pricing

Quotes produced by our online calculator are estimates based on distance to the vessel and vessel size. Final pricing is confirmed at booking, before the shoot takes place. All pricing is in US dollars.

Payment Terms

Payment is due on delivery of the edited images. We accept:

  • Credit cards
  • Zelle
  • Venmo
  • Bank transfer

Net-30 terms are available for brokerage accounts by prior arrangement.

Scheduling, Cancellation, and Rescheduling

You can reschedule or cancel with reasonable notice at no charge. Shoots affected by weather are rescheduled at no additional cost. We ask that you give us as much notice as possible so we can plan around other clients.

Intellectual Property and Licensing

ah360 Photography retains copyright to all photographs and video we produce. When you book a shoot, you receive a commercial usage license for the agreed-upon purposes — brokerage listings, marketing materials, social media, and similar uses.

Full licensing terms and any restrictions are available on our Content Licensing page.

Limitations of Liability

Our liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the fee you paid for the specific shoot in question. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Weather

We monitor marine conditions before every shoot. If conditions are unsafe or unsuitable for producing quality imagery, we will reschedule. There is no charge for weather-related reschedules.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.

Dispute Resolution

If a dispute arises, we will first try to resolve it directly and in good faith between the parties. If that does not work, the dispute will be settled by binding arbitration in Broward County, Florida.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms as our business changes. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
