ah360 Photography LLC is a marine photography business based in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. We produce professional photography and video for yachts, sportfishing boats, and brokerage listings. This policy explains what information we collect when you visit this website or contact us, and how we use it.

Information We Collect

We only collect information you give us directly. When you submit our contact form or use our quote calculator, we may collect:

  • Your name
  • Email address
  • Phone number
  • Company or brokerage name (if provided)
  • Details about your vessel and the shoot you are requesting

We do not offer user accounts on this site. There are no passwords to create and no logins to manage.

How We Use Information

We use the information you provide to:

  • Respond to your inquiry
  • Prepare and send quotes
  • Schedule and coordinate shoots
  • Keep business records for accounting and tax purposes

Analytics (Google Analytics 4)

We use Google Analytics 4 (measurement ID GT-T5P4V6C) to understand how visitors find and use our site. GA4 sets cookies in your browser and collects information like pages viewed, referral source, approximate location, device type, and time on page.

Contact Form (Web3Forms)

Our contact form is processed by Web3Forms, a third-party service that receives form submissions and forwards them to our email. When you submit the form, your information passes through Web3Forms in transit. Their privacy policy governs how they handle that data while it is on their servers.

Chatbot

Our site includes an embedded chatbot widget to help with booking inquiries and common questions. The chatbot collects the content of your conversation so we can follow up and improve the service. Conversations are not sold or shared with third parties outside the chatbot provider needed to run the widget.

Cookies

This site uses a small number of cookies:

  • Chatbot cookies that may be set by the chat widget to keep your conversation working

Data Retention

We keep contact form submissions and booking inquiries for as long as needed to run the business and meet tax and accounting requirements. Because we do not maintain user accounts, there is no account data to store or delete on a rolling basis.

Children

This site is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has submitted information to us, please contact us and we will remove it.

Florida Residents (FIPA §501.171)

We comply with the Florida Information Protection Act. In the event of a data breach that affects Florida residents, we will provide notice within 30 days of discovery, as required by Florida law.
